Tha Phae Gate is a historical gate located in the Old City of Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was built in the 13th century and serves as the main entrance to the city's old town. The gate is open 24 hours a day and admission is free.

One popular attraction is the Sunday Night Market, which takes place on Rachadamnoen Road near Tha Phae Gate from 5pm to 10pm. Visitors can browse handmade crafts, sample local food, and enjoy live music and performances.

Another nearby attraction is the Wat Chedi Luang temple, which is open daily from 6am to 5pm. This temple features a large chedi (stupa) that was partially destroyed in an earthquake in the 16th century.
